I was wondering weather the ram air induction would be better then cold air induction

Ram air is pretty much always beneficial. The effects are felt at higher speeds... The general feeling about CAIs, with racers anyway, is that they make a very marginal difference. A good setup is either the stock or aftermarket inlet tube with bigger MAFM (~80MM) and a conical filter right there.

Ram air is a myth untill over 160 mph on pretty much any engine (where the pressure finnally overcomes the vacume and is in equiliberum, or overcomes it).



Ram air is just a CAI witha scoop. It's better though, because you take air that's not off the pavement or in the engine compartment, and get better responses above 50ish.
