Default DiabloSport Predator Tuner

I have a few questions and I hope you guys can help out a bit. I have a 2002 GT with the following mods: JLT Ram Air Intake, Accufab 75mm Throttle Body, C&L Intake Plenum, and of course the mod in question a DiabloSport Predator Tune. I am wondering about a couple of things.
First: I installed the Custom Tune that comes with the Predator. I am wondering, with all the intake mods I have a lot of extra air that is coming in, should I richen up my fuel mixture a bit? I have a lot of air and I don't know how much fuel goin' in. I know the proper way to do it is to get a dyno run and see is the A/F ratio is around 12 at top end of RPM band. (I think the air/fuel ratio should be around 12, correct me if I am wrong) But anyway, should I richen up the mixture by modifying the tune? And if so, by how many percent? (The predator lets you adjust in %) And, should I do + or - adjustment. I think I need to do a - % (negative) adjustment.
Second: Should I mess with the timing option on the Predator. Should I advance the timing any, becasue I know that the Custom Tune I installed that came on the Predator does adjust the timing already. If I do adjust it, by how much should I adjust it. Should I do little increments until I hear an engine knock, and then back it down a bit until it stops? Or should I not mess with it at all because it will not help any?
Please Help. I will thank you guys in advance for any advice you can give me on this.

First: Wouldn't recommend touching the AFR yourself unless you really know what you're doing. If you want all you can get out of your mods, see if you can get somewhere to make a tune for you (you can download tunes with the Diablo right?). However, I believe the Diablo was designed to get you the most out of a stock or near stock car...

Second: Assuming you are running good name-brand 93 octane gas, advancing the time all the way shouldnt hurt. Advancing it all the way (until the point of knocking) will give you the most gains out of it, however you wont really feel any difference. If you do start to knock, just keep backing off the timing little by little until it stops.

Leave the AF alone, then turn the timing all the way up. Must use premium gas. This will give you the most gains. next mod should be gears, prefered 4.10's.

i tried messing with the fuel tables and it ran like ****. another member here posted an article about 3-4 months ago showing that maxing out the timing gained an extra 7 hp! i run 92 or 94 octane all the time with maxed timing and feels great with no problems! the diablo tune by itself only added like 3 hp. good luck!!

Had my Diablo for about a month, and I've been messing with it. Timing all the way up is the thing that gets you the most HP. I messed with the A/F. I know that all stock cars run rich so I just leaned it out a little bit. Firmed up all the shifts in the tranny, it runs like night and day. So much better than stock.

You want the A/F on a N/A car to be around 13:1

Haha, I guess I did the right thing buy adjusting the timing all the way. That was an interesting read indeed. I have an auto, so what should I adjust my shift points to? Based on the article the engine kept pulling until 5900rpm.

Here's my shift points and firmness. Spins all the way through 1st, and my car goes completely sideways in 2nd (if you let it).
WOT Shift points
1-2 6000
2-3 5800
3-4 5600

P/T Firmness
1-2 35
2-3 19
3-4 14

WOT Firmness
1-2 180
2-3 160
3-4 120

I've played around with it, and this is the best settings that I've found. Any lower psi on the firmness & it seemed to make the tranny act like stock again.
