What kinda bov bpv do u have.. sounds?
I am currently running a P1SC on an otherwise stock engine.. the mass air meter is set up as blow through mounted 2-3 feet away from the throttle body.
It has a procharger bypass valve now mounted on the "downpipe" coming out of the charger, I just left the hose off and let it blow out into the air.. Its got a chirp chrip chrip sound thats kinda annoying.
here is a video:

It also surges at times going down the road at say 2500+ rpms at partial throttle.
ANy tips on what to do or what a better set up would be?

Sounds like a little baby chick stuck in your engine [sm=lol.gif]
I can see how that would be annoying...
Sweet front end picture of your car in your sig too [8D]

Maybe someone else will chime in because I'm no expert but it does sound like you need more bypass. How many psi are you running? Are you on the stock bypass?
I had a problem with bucking and surging too from not enough bypass.

I stuck the vortech mini race on and most of my bucking and surging went away. I didn't have a new bung welded on my powerpipe so I just rigged it up so the larger hose from the mini race clamped over the smaller hose that fit the stock bung. It's def. not a long term solution...winter is coming soon anyway for me.
Since you have a blow through you bascially only need to worry about mounting options and placement. You could go with a mini race or with the big red procharger bypass.

Whoops typo. I meant procharger blow off. The Big Red one is what you want.

That's what you want. You'll need to tell them when you order it if you're going to use it to vent to the atmosphere since they make them to do either that or recycle the air.
