even with blower cams + boost, if you drive like a granny in a kia i can still get over 20mph highway......which is funny cuz i know people in stock GT's that are somehow getting like 15mpg lol

i have also read about that, my GT is getting crap gas mpg. WEIRD!!!!!!!!!!!

IMO, even if you can get the power to go 12.50s, its still gonna take more money to get the power to the ground, contril arms and atleast drag radials...to say the least. And not to mention gears...

I'd say drag radials, 4.30 gears, subframe connectors, short shifter, and a 100 shot. will definitely get you well into the 12's

Used s/c with bolt-ons but i saw somone run a 12.7 with just bolt-ons and 31 splin rear axles.

i almost say go boosted... you can find some non intercooled kits around for 2k or so... and around 3k for a aftercooled/intercooled kit. either way, with one of those kits, injectors, fuel pump, and tune with some drag radials and gears... you will be in the mid to high 12's....
