how loud are lt headers inside the car??

My setup is in my sig. Like everyone else says, the headers aren't really what makes the sound difference, it's the midpipe and catback that make the sound (unless you're running open LTs.. hahahahah that will make you deaf in a few mins!!) Cruising isn't too bad, talking on the phone does get hard to hear, especially in the city where I'm constantly accelerating and decelerating but on the freeway with the windows up I can carry a conversation no problem. Leaving the stock mufflers on basically retains the stock sound but only a tad louder. I got a ticket for having my exhaust too loud (this was with my old O/R H pipe setup, the X is still loud tho lol) and I just replaced my Magnapacks with the stock mufflers to go down to the station and I had nooooo problem passing the test (just glad they didn't check emissions )

What do you mean by open LT Blk N Wht GT? Are you referring to pairing an ORP to the LT?
As I said I've got BBK LT's, BBK catted H, and borla catback and it's way to quiet for me. That's pretty bad if it's quiet for me since my convertible top is always down!

it depends on what u like.. you cant NOT like the sound of flowmaster.. but does it get old because every mustang sounds the same YES.. im partial to straight through mufflers myself.. but im getting tired of them so im sure ill make the swap back to chambered mufflers pretty soon.
