Raced a Nissan 240sx
I couldn't post in the S/S section, so i thought I would post this in here. Tonight on the freeway a 240 SX pulled up to me at about 60mph. I had my music up so I couldn't hear much indication of a turbo or blow-off valve. I'm assuming he was n/a all I could see was that he had an aftermarket exhaust, but I'm sure he had more than that... Back to the point, we went from 60 to 120mph and he kept 2 cars on me the whole time. He had a passenger and I was by myself. I gave a thumbs up and we went our separate ways. Those 240's can be pretty quick cars seeing as they are so light. I'm all stock at the moment besides the shifter, which doesn't help much in a roll race. Can't wait to start modding this car, I think I'll just go with a centrifugal supercharger and a nice tune when I get enough cash. Good night all.

LOL! Yeah, they are really guttless..
Amusingly enough, most modern mini-vans will smoke "sportcars" from the 80's and 90's...
If that 240 was SR swapped then it could have been a quick car... But honestly a STOCK GT isn't very quick on the interstate, they are better from stoplight to stoplight.

The 240 didn't look stock at all and I know you can make those cars fast. I used to work with a guy who had a 240 and he had some sort of engine swap from a skyline called an RB22 i think. I wish I could have raced this guy from a dig I would have had a better chance, but we were on the free way and I just wanted to run for fun. The race had nothing to do with driver mod either because roll racing doesn't really take any skill.
