Default port and polishers come in !

Hello and welcome

I have a few questions for everyone who ports their own stuff.. heads, intakes etc
Its something ive always wanted to get into but i've always been scared to try, i have a brand new 01 Cobra U/L intake and a set of brand new 01 cobra heads and i was wondering how i would go about porting them lol. What tool would i use and what exactly would i port ( i know for the most part but im a bit confused on the heads) and probably the biggest question, how do you know when is enough? Im going N/A so i don't wanna * overport" the heads because there C heads and im going with a set of cams which powerrange ends at 6800 rpm mark, therefore im not gonna be spinning it high and i don't want too much intake port. I know its alot to take on and i should PROBABLY leave it to a shop but i have a hard time letting other people work on my car( with the exception of a few) So anyone got the time and or energy to help me out?

Thanks in advance, i figure by the time im like 23 i should be able to do everything myself

Just from watching my friend port heads I can tell you there are alot of tools that you need to port heads. Bits, rolls, extentions, die grinder, big *** air compressor. I think head porting is an artwork.
