Default Tire and Gears Question??

I have 265/35/18 in the front and 295/35/18 in the rear. Does anyone have any recommendations for new front tires? I feel like the 265's are too small, i love the 295's in the rear but is there a better combination? I have a 2000 mustang conv. GT, nothing done to the shocks or struts. Also the gears, i have my chip set at 3.73s right now because i had purchased them a few years back and never put them in. Is it worth it to go from stock gears to the 3.73s? I guess im looking for a little more torque and HP.

All i have done to the car so far is:

Basani exhaust
cold-air intake
sway bar
roll bar
chip
new spark plugs
cobra-r wheels

If you want you can go with 275's. But I thing 265's are just fine. As for the gears is your car a 5 speed or auto?

sell the 3.73's and go with 4.10's without a doubt.

I would keep the 265 in front, and a 295 in the rear (or even wider rear). It gives that agressive staggered look.

As far as a gear goes...a gear will be one of the best bolt ons that you could do. But if it were me i'd do a 4.10 personally, because the auto really needs the extra gearing.

keep the 265s.

scrap the 4:10s idea and get a stall converter! a stall paired with your gears will make a bigger improvement than 4:10s alone.
