I have Flowpro mufflers and an o/r h pipe. my car is alot quieter than my brothers who has 40s on his. it has a nice sound when you have your foot in it but little to no drone. here is a video of a burn out to give you an idea of the sound

that setup sounds really awesome i think. Powerflo's with a catted h and longtubes. Wish my 2v sounded like that.

I paid about 70 bucks/muffler, which is pretty Cheap IMHO. They are ranked number #2 in flow, i think top one was Borla or something, and also the #2 quietest as well too, which is friggin awesome.
They are damn quiet, I love em, AMAZING for daily driving. With the top up, you can't even hear the exhaust, PERIOD, unless you're at WOT. Absolutely love em.
If you're talking the whole exhaust, the headers alone are 550 something, the midpipe is a 400 dollar piece, and the steeda catback is another 650 I think, and then the mufflers, so the exact setup is like $1700 or something.
But as long as you stay catted and go with the Hooker Mufflers, I think you'll pleased with how quiet it is for a DD.

Yeah I'm definitely over the stupid loud too. It doesn't help that I'm running dumps but when I switch back to shorties I also need a new mid pipe (obviously) so I figured I might as well get another set of mufflers to quiet this damn thing down... I can't handle the drown.

i learned today what drone is taching 2500rpms at 70mph with 4.10's. lol and it hasnt gotten on my nerves yet. And if it does, i got my catted x in the basement. lol or i might just switch mufflers to SLP Powerflo's cus they sound awesome in my opinion.
