I was running mid 12's on 17" nittos, not even driving the car hard. Could have probably gone low 12's-high 11's with a good tire, aggressive driving, and a good DA. Mods are in my garage.

I know its not exactly 12s but... My car went 13.1 multiple times... Mods are

4.10s
Drop in k&n
Off rd x pipe
Summit control arms
50/50s and 90/10s
235 60 15 mt drs

Now its tuned, 2 step, front springs, draglites w a 275 50 15 dr and skinnies up front, weld in mufflers and that's it... No reason it shouldn't go 12s easily, well see soon.

Fwiw the car went 13.1s with MAYBE 1000bucks in it, but I doubt it was that much. And now at roughly 1500 bucks, its a high 11 car

my best is 12.8@106.7 with bolt ons, 3.73's, 17" nitto's, and some rear suspension. I put coil overs, different lca/uca, 31spline, summit stars 15x4 and 15x8 27" tall m/t's. I was hoping to have 4.10's or 4.30's by this time of year to see how much better I could get it but havn't had the money or time to do so. next year at this time ill be on coop which should allow me to have a lot more free time to actually have a life haha.

op- you should no doubt be able to get into the 12's. you dont have to power shift but shifting fast will really matter. sounds like its time for a clutch though, prob wont be able to do much without it.

What kind of 60' times were you running?

I know my car's not anywhere near 12's, but I'm making 230rwhp max and I was able to cut some pretty good 60' times considering I've never touched the suspension.

What kind of traps do you guys really think are possible to get into the 12's? Can it be done with 102-103 speeds?

OP your car looks like a low 13 second car at best with a good launch. Youre going to need some cams or another power mod to touch 12s.

before my gears and suspension mods, i was trapping 102, and i had a mid 13 second pass with a 2.1 60 foot.

damn, looks like tires really really matter in a good ET. Looks like I need to shop for some rear rims and tires over winter... i mean my best ET after 6 runs total was 14.6@99 with a 2.2-2.4 0-60 (before gears, tune, and TB). I mean it looks like 72MachOne99GT did a whole second better with basically the same as me but with some tires.

(my street tires i found out were 400 UTQG rating
