If I was doing the swap, I would skip the navigator heads and get a set of C heads. The navigator heads are a tumble port design but have larger ports. So you will run into intake manifold issues.
For an intake, you could either do a sullivan or how I personally would do it, the Aussie intake. Ii like the Aussie intake because it gives the whole thing a very stock look. Which I'm more about. Not a huge fan of sheet metal intakes. Plus the Aussie intake is a dual plane design, which will help with your low/mid range numbers.
