Default kenne bell diff gears

What gear ratios are you kenne bell owners running?

My 4.10s are manageable on the street with my tires but I really have to baby the gas through 1st and 2nd
I am not in each gear very long, I have to shift really fast. Should I keep the current ratio and buy LCAs and DRs?

Or, lower the ratio to stock or 3.73s?

I'd go with LCA's, 31 splines and a nice set of tires. Launch the F out of that thing and enjoy it man!!!!!!! What are you putting down power wise?

With a turbo/TS, probably 3.55 or 3.73 max.

Keep the 4.10s and get a set of decent lower control arms and some sticky tires. It doesn't matter what ratio rear end gears you have if you don't have the tires/susp to hook that power. Swapping to 3.73s or lower (numerically) will not get rid of your traction problems.

I am putting 3.90s in my car this winter with my 2.8H. Mine is a little different since I have a 4v and a 6 speed. I agree with above get your suspension and tires setup properly.

Not had it dynoed but kenne bell show 350rwhp with their car with the same mods and tune. Only have the non ic 6psi kit cos I knew if I didn't buy the supercharger soon then I would spend the money on something else!

Don't listen to these guys. Drop the gear unless you're gonna run a 28" tall tire. Dropping some gear will help with traction as well as give you more pull in 4th at the top of the quarter. People should know by now that 4.10's and blowers, especially twin screws, don't mix.

I mean sticky tires and lower control arms are definitely a good thing to add, but there's more to your setup that just tires and lca's won't realize.

Never thought I would be able to get the $$$$ together for a sc so I went with the 4.10s
I don't mind switching them out but I don't want to keep changing ratios to get the right setup (not made of money!).
I only have 8th mile tracks around here so I could probably get away with a taller gear especialy since I have a heavier convertible
