I am looking to dress up my engine for a winter project with some colored wire loom, some aluminum or chrome parts from american muscle and possibly painting my CAI. Could anyone whoe has dressed up their engine post a pic so I can get some ideas, even is you have just added a few small things go ahead and post. Thanks and I cant wait until spring!

Please skip the colored wire loom and the gay looking chrome caps like for the power steering and fuse box. The best way to dress the engine is to replace complete parts with nicer looking parts.

I have to agree on the colored wire loom. I've seen some that ended up looking really tacky. Like using blue or red that really contrasts from the car.
I like the caps but I prefer satin finish. Polished looks good if you're going to do it all in polished. If you do the caps dont do the cheap chrome ones. Do the better quality billet aluminum stuff. UPR makes some nice caps in satin and polished.

here is mine.

I am only going to use the wire loom if I can find green to match my car, I would not like red blue or yellow
