I am not thinking about doing the swap on my own car i went in a different direction all together. I was just wondering if anybody had ever seen what kind of power could be made through those heads cause it was kind of a weak platform to start with?

I believe MHS has a customer running some worked non PI heads and no power adders deep into the 11s. I vaguely remember, gotta do some searching

there was a post on here the other month talking about it. There was a youtube vid on it as well. But your right I know it was in the 11s and I think it was like 11.15 or something close to that.

A low 11 second pass out of a N/A non PI set up is amazing in my opinion now provided of course it was some what stock weight not a 2600# shell. Thats actually more what i was looking for was how fast one had gone. Thanks a bunch

It is.. I believe the dude Im talkin about was spinning hit motor to like 7800 rpms or something crazy. A lot of good ETs have tot do with suspension and 60ft times, however these non pi cars are still trapping over 110mph NA, and thats pretty damn respectable outta the little misfit engine
