Default Procharger or Vortech?

Ok so I've got it narrowed down between a P-1SC or a v2. What do you all think? Witch one will last longer? I see alot of Vortech head units for sale that needs to be rebuilt. With my job I really want something that I can just jump in and drive whenever. BTW I'm only looking for around 550 hp.

Well if your looking at NOVIs... then your looking at Paxtons, not Prochargers.

I personally like Vortechs design better. The oil feed line is the only way to play IMO.

Might I interest you in a Whipple???
If not then I suggest Vortech.

if your looking for 550hp you might need to look at building the motor first. and procharger vs vortech is mostly personal preference. there both quality products.

Not once, and I got my kit used. There also another local fox body with a p600b like mine that has over 100k on it.

Ya I'm getting a MMR 750 short block. Going to go with TFS heads. and blower cams. I'm shooting for 550 hp but I also want room to grow. You always want more. This isnt a short term build but something im going to put together over the next three years. I know im going to have to do fuel and a drive train as well. Just trying to come up with power adder I like.

I have friends with both Vortech's and Procharger's, and to be honest from what i've seen and heard the Vortech's seem to be a bit more reliable.
