Default Responsiveness of 3 valves to mods

I know the 2 valves are turds when it comes to bolt ons. But I've come across some people with s197's and ill be talking and they'll ask how much power I'm making, ill tell them and they'll say "o that's it, I make more than that" So I just want to know what the norm is for a bolt on s197.

I'm on mobile so if anyone is wondering my car makes 348 rwhp and 350 rwtq
