you gotta pull the counsel... when you open it the inside bucket will come out, there are two screws in the bottom, undo them, and you can get to the back of the handle because that bucket inside the counsel will be out... and figure out whats goinon.

Not this^ Too much work and it's not needed.

There is a way to fix everything and anything, never accept anything in life.

Ok now I'll share my secret. This buzzing drove me nutsss for about 2 years until I couldn't take it anymore and recently "fixed it". It was so bad I could hear it over the music I had on and my exhaust. It took me all of 5 minutes to fix and cost me nothing.

1) Go out and get half inch (or a hair bigger if you can find it, but I used a half inch) heat shrink wrap, obviously in black to match the interior.

2) Get some needle nose pliers and stretch the shrink wrap out a bit after cutting about an inch off. I had to do this because the button is a half inch so I had to get the wrap over the button

3) Now put the shrink wrap over the button and push it as far into the handle as possible. It's only going to go in about 1/4". I used the extra I had cut off to spin it around and wiggle it down into the handle.

4) Trim excess heat shrink off so it's flush with the front of the ebrake button and heat it.

5) Enjoy the silence.

Now I've only had this done for about 2 weeks so that's why I say "fixed it" but so far It hasn't made any noise. Hope this helps!
