Sounds like you handled it really well.If someone hit my car I'd be out screaming,hollering and making up words that Websters dictionary never heard of.LOL I hope things work out well for you.

Very little infuriates me more than bad driving.

Years ago, I spent all day washing, buffing, waxing and polishing my 84 Monte Carlo SS before putting it away from the winter. My storage location was 10 miles from home. Come to think of it, it was October 1999.

Less than one mile from my storage unit I was hit by a drunk driver who ran a red light and completely mangled the front end of my car. Luckily there was no frame damage or engine damage. Even luckier, I had the car insured for its appraised price or it would have been totaled.

Kudos on your composure.
