Default HELP Needed - Identification of Noise - 2000 GT Vert 4.6L 112,000 miles

So Last night on my way back from NE PA to visit a local haunt attraction I started noticing this loud whistle/wine at 1000-1500 RPM.

It started in Bumper to bumper 1 lane construction traffic and t plagued the car for about a good solid hour. I captured video of the noise at the specific RPM (See You Tube Video Below)

Side note: after I dropped off my friend at her house, where I recorded the noise, I headed home to Philly and the noise didn't return but was curious if anyone could pin point the source or give me some diagnostic suggestions

Sounds like a bearing or bushing . But I have heard vacuum leaks that sound similar to this as well.

Id pull the belt and check all the drive accessories for bad or noisy bearings. Also check for any loose fitting vacuum lines. My guess is alternator or water pump bearings.

My first impression of the noise was a park swing or merri go round.

We went to The Haunt at Waldorf Hotel. It is in Kunkletown, just north of Palmerton.

Going back next weekend too, they are open one more weekend. We did the Hotel part but they have a Terror in the Corn hayride we didn't get to try. If you guys are up for it... you're welcome to come.

And as far as the pulleys I changed all of them out, both idle and the tensioner.

But I got 5k out of in trade and got to keep my wheels and some other minor stuff, going back for the light bar today

Plus side is it goes to auction Monday, so I may pop in at the auction.

What am I missing here? Why did you trade it in only to buy it back and spend more money on the car you just gave up on? Not busting ***** just trying to grasp the logic behind it - I'm interested.

Theres a possibility the car would go less than 5k at a private auction.
