I know its pretty much impossible to guess a quarter mile time but I live in Texas have a 98 mustang gt 4.6 SOHC and 5 speed mods are
4.10 gears, Drag radials, skinnies, mgw short throw with race handle, full pi swap, off-road x pipe, trickflow upper intake plenum, and cold air intake. think that will get me a 13 sec time slip?

Good weather and good driver and it's a low/mid 13 second car is it sits.

I went 13.6 with fewer mods on a '99.

if you can drive you should easily run 12s. pi swaps on non-pi bottom ends can make more power than a pi motor with the same mods...

add the tire setup and you should in the 12s easily
