set for 87, running 87. I even filled up once between the two times it happened. So it happened with 2 different tanks on gas from 2 different places.

So my gut reaction was that it was a spark issue, not a fuel issue.

Then again, I wonder if maybe it's a fuel filter issue, but in the time I spent unloading & reloading tunes, the fuel pump forced enough through the fuel filter to get it started. If so, then it wasn't a flash tune issue after all.

For those who like to tune like a pro try the Sniper software.

Default Need help with my tuner

Alright I just got a SCT tuner the other day and loaded it up with no problem. Then I went for a quick spin around the block. Turns out that my speedometer is high by about 10MPH at 40MPH. I went back to the shop that i got it from and we uninstalled and restalled the program and it is still off. I have 4:10 gears, short-throw shifter, ford cold air intake and everything else is stock. If anyone else has had this problem and managed to slove it please let me know what i have to do.

What type of tuner are you using? The 4:10 gears are whats going to be throwing your speedo off. Depending on your tuner you will have adjustable options to change these gears to correct you speedo.

I had the same issue after installing the 4.10's. Just as Jesse says - the tuner can fix it with the adjustable options. I have the XCal 3 - love it. Easy to use, easy to upload tunes to, etc.

Can you manually turn off the "adaptive throttle response" with a predator?

Default SCT X3 tunner

I just bought and installed the Steeda cold air kit (witch looks exactly like my brothers ford racing kit) and after loading the tune the check engine light came on after about 10 mins of driving. I disconected the batt and that got rid of the o2 sensor dtc's, I then uninstalled the tune and reloaded it. The light went away but now the dtc says that B1 and B2 banks 1 and 2 are running lean. How can I fix this?

Running this on a 08 GT, only other mods are flowmaster axle back system.
