My cousin bought my 06 gt a while back and is trying to replace the clutch. He said every time he tries to take the bolts off the bell housing they end up breaking off. He said one of the brackets already broke off. Has anyone had this problem before? Suggestions? Thanks.

Sounds like there is some corrison in there. It's kind of unusual for such a new car unless it's been driving in an area where the roads are salted a lot for bad weather. All that aside, if he's having issues with the bolts sticking and breaking off trying spraying them down with PB Blaster or something like that and letting it soak in pretty good. If that doesn't work, just break off the bolts and try to extract them after you get the transmission out of the way. He may even have to drill them out and re-tap the holes. Hope it doesn't come to that for him though.
