The BEST supercharger SOUND?!?

Centris are civil at low rpms and build power like a freight train. They never let up. Twin screws hit their peak torque at low rpms and carry it all the way across the rpm range. Roots blowers actually become less efficient after they peak.

Ditto on "they never let up".. I can pin the tach in 4th gear with the OD off and its STILL making boost. I can actually feel it begin to surge right at 6200RPM begging for another gear.. but nope. I have to let off.... or boom.

I've seen threads where you want to dump the centi. Is it only because of the cold weather issue?

Are you doing the install? It's quite simple especially since you have a 2010, it's plug and play.

You're gonna love it bro. By no means do I want you to think I'm bashing on the roots blowers. They are excellent and can get you to the goals you've expressed for your car. The price ain't bad either.

My goal was 400 RWHP, which any of the systems I was considering would get me to. The other goal was the really cool sound of a super charger when I push the throttle. Lastly, I really wanted to keep a tower brace if possible. The Roush M90 + the VMP500HP Kit seemed to get all of this. I purchased a used GT500 tower brace which I am told will clear the M90 and still stay under the stock hood. Plus the M90 Kit and VMP500HP Kit total cost me about $5,000 which is a great buy I think.
So I think this gets me to my goals. I am really excited and can't wait to drive my "new" mustang
I am not sure if I am going to install myself or take to a local Mustang shop. I am still thinking about that one. But have a few days to make up my mind.
Thanks guys!
