2012.. bye bye Mustang..
Well, it's been a fun filled four years .. but the time has come for me to sell her.
It was very hard but in the long run... I'll find myself in another S197 again one day, but right now I need something AWD.
I bought a 2012 Dodge Charger RT AWD 5.7 Hemi 370hp/395trq.
In all honestly, this big ol' boat feels like it would wax a stock auto/08 GT and even one with a CAI/tune, possibly even gears as well.
It's pretty quick for such a larger sedan (4500 lbs.) and dog 3.09 gears (!)
I was very surprised how hard it hooked and launched with it's AWD system.
I really did NOT expect that. The auto-stick feature feels like I am driving a tuned auto and holds the gear very well and provides excellent engine braking.
Not gonna go crazy with mods like the Mustang, but will do some minor bolt ons. Pretty much just a good looking ride.. rims.. intake..exhaust and tint.
Gonna miss the good ol' stang, especially with the supercharger but that's okay. I'll make my way back to one in the future!

As for the Charger, its Pitch black, pretty much a bare bones RT no bells no whistles which is exactly what I wanted. Just sheer torque! lulz
Everything I wanted in a car.. big ol' honkin motor.. automatic.. big wheels.. large interior, and AWD!
Edit: Actually, parts of it is built in Mexico and some in Canada lol
The heart and soul is still all Detroit Muscle though!

Quick off the line too!
While on the test drive, I put it in manual mode, in 2nd and around 15mph, dropped it in 1st and gunned it.. threw me back in my seat til about 50mph before I shifted into 2nd.
Sure, it's not the 450+whp top end monster like my 08 GT was but it sure has some damn torque! And it's all usable too, unlike the GT where if I floored it..
I would either be sideways or no traction til about 65mph! rofl
