09 sluggish and lagging on acceleration

Yes I did. It was bad gas. Got it down to a 1/4 tank then drained it, refilled and it's perfect. Timing was just a coincidence with the air filter.

Are you talking about the Charge Motion plates in the lower intake manifold?
