Pypes longtube headers/Pypes off road x-pipe/Pypes M80s as resonators/Bassani Race axle-backs. Only idle and slight rev....because full throttle videos always sound like crap unless you have a great mic.

just seen your post and i know its a couple months old. But I had an 06 GT with the JBA mufflers on it. Add an offroad H pipe and it will sound AMAZING!

Alrighty guys, I've had my Pypes O/R X-pipe on my car for a couple months now and it has never thrown a CEL for the O2 sensor's. From what I've read and been told, it should have thrown a code. No tune on the car either.

Details on the trick? I guess I did luck out, and I'm pretty sure my care is untuned, although it does have an SCT badge on the back but I've had it at the dealership since and even had a new cluster installed so I would think it would be on the factory map?

just an update. did the defowler trick on my 13 5.0...no luck with 2 defowlers...threw a code within 75 miles. added a 3rd defowler and light never came back on. yes i do have a tuner to turn them off...but come time for inspection I dont want to have to install my cats again just to pass. so now i have nothing to worry about. sensors are all active and saying everything is good to go haha
