Default wish me luck..

well guys i am trying to sell my 93' Stang 4 cyl. with the starting price at $1500 OBO, i posted the ad on Craigslist, and i got somebody hopefully looking at it today. so maybe we will have a sale? maybe not. its funny cuz i may have a hard time letting it go since this car has gotten me everywhere i needed to go, a very reliable car. but i wanna get rid of it so i can pay off my truck and get a Fox GT!

Good Luck. I'm trying to sell mine too. One person wanted to buy my interior(factory black) and one was looking at a dozen at a time.
Now that I want to sell it the car hasn't given me any problems except for the a/c needing to be recharged(leaking adapter for the R134). Go figure.

Yeah it does take R-12 but since I couldn't find anybody around me that had some to recharge my system(it's not for sale to the public), I bought a r134 conversion kit from an auto parts store and did it myself. Pretty simple really but the stupid adapter that came with it leaks so I am going to take it to a shop, have them fix it so if it leaks again I won't have to pay again. Mine is so low that the compressor won't kick on. Before it leaked out it was VERY cold though.

ya i knew u coudnt get the R-12 stuff anywhere cuz i heard u have to have some sort of liscense to purchase it, i didnt know u could convert the R-12 to the R-134....but anyways the 2 guys that were intrerested in the Stang did not return my calls or show up so im kinda pissed about that, and i tried callin one of the guys like 10 times and never answered and the other guy i left a voicemail and of course didnt return my call...lame

yup you can convert it. Just let the old stuff out, screw on the new adapters and start recharging it with the new stuff. Just make sure nothing leaks before you start recharging.
