im not a troll Rokgtar i thought it was rear wheel drive. i didnt pull the motor i just got the call cause i live in a small town and word travels fast and he heard me and my friends are looking to build something different. i looks like im either going honda or LS powered. cause everyone has heard or seen a built foxbody or turbo 5.0, my 429 mustang was diferent but its not street legal i have no title for it. and i dont like having the same as every one else.

So source a Ford 2.3T. Bolts right in, lots of parts out there, fairly cheap to play with, and still different from the normal 5.0 build.

I would personally love to have an SVO, idk why but I really like them. Coyote 5.0 foxbody!! I think theres a company that makes a swap but of course its a lot for the engine lol it would sure be unique

im just throwing this out there Raceway Park is in Englishtown, Atco Raceway is in Atco. Both have pretty big honda days, and i love coming down the highway i work from because it leads right to raceway park and theres 50 hondas i just mess with lol

Typical high school kids with Hondas.... I still like the saying "my lugnuts take more torque than your engine makes"

Yes a foxbody could be fabricated to run a Honda motor.

Would it be cost effective....NO

Would it be race effective....NO

Would you be lauged at....YES

You would be better off trying to buy a foxbody with a blown 2.3L motor for dirt cheap. Stripping the interior out. Reinforcing it. Buying a good used 5.0L motor and transmission assembly. Buying a Ford 8.8" rear end. Buying a 5.0 ECU for that transmission and year.

Buying some used GT-40 heads for cheap.

Porting those heads.

Buying some kind of used intake setup (GT-40 would work) and porting that.

Buying a cam (steeda #18 works nicely for what I was talking about)

And building that car up.

You could turbo it, but that's gonna cost way more cash than any high school kid will have.

That car would run circles around your buddies Hondas at the track.

In conclusion, this idea is a complete waste of time.

For a fraction of the cost why not just strip a fox body out and throw 125 shot of juice on it with some slicks and 4.10 gears or something?

Would probably beat 99% of turbo hondas out there. lol
