Default buzzing sound when u try to start it???

when i uncovered my 76 302 to get it ready for the spring, i noticed that whenever i try to start it all im getting is a buzzing noise from the passenger side of the engine compartment. ive had this problem before and im thinking it might be a short somewhere because my battery keeps draining. its has a brand new APTIMA battery, new alt. and starter relay. i checked many wires and covered them with wire loom and i still cant figure out this problem. the buzzing sound seems to be coming from the starter relay by the battery but im not sure. today i tryed to jump it with my moms 68 torino and even tryed charging the battery and still nothing. any ideas anyone????

yep that was one of the problems... once i changed my starter i still couldnt get it going... then i realized that my starter kept frying the relay... thats why i got some success when i changed it over and over again... the starter just kept frying the new ones!!!
