Default Weight Reduction 101

I am trying to make this sticky if anyone knows anything that I forgot (which I am sure there are many things) please contribute! Try to keep it organized and ON topic

Here are some things you can do to reduce the weight of your Mustang.

1. Tubular Suspension (K member, A Arms, etc.)
2. Fiberglass Hood
3. Fiberglass Fenders
4. Fiberglass Hatch
5. Fiberglass Doors
6. Battery Location (no weight removed but better weight transfer)
7. Remove Extra Layers in Carpet
8. Power Steering Removal (also, manual rack)
9. Air Condition Removal
10. Aluminum Driveshaft
11. Racing Seats
12. Remove Back Seats
13. Remove Bumper Supports (not smart but you can do it if your desperate)

a coil-over setup actually saves weight plus it'd probably be best with a tubular suspension.
