5.0 kicks ass!!

RE: 5.0 kicks ***!!
I know the feeling. I spent 3 months looking and test driving 5.0s. I was looking for a clean, unmolested, low mileage stang. I'm here to tell ya, I must have looked at 30 cars-all suposedly with low mileage anywhere from $3000-7000. I bought the only one within 3 states of SC that lived up to it's representation. Paid $5000 for an almost perfect 70,000 mi 89 LX hatch. Some idiots wanted $6000+ for cars with bondo all over, so many with vacuum lines and wires cut or removed, and some would not even stay running!! From my experience, these things are abused and monkeyed with so much that $5000 is a steal for a low mileage, unmolested stang. Happy hunting.

RE: 5.0 kicks ***!!
^^ I am about to pay $5k for a 93 GT... super clean, perfect interior, 85K, 100% bone stock, adult female owned, etc. People said that it was too much but its sooooo hard to find a nice clean unmolested mustang. It even still has the boots on the wiper arms! And it has a brand new aod trans thats been in for only 50 miles and it has a 6mo warranty.... I dont think its that bad of a deal. Im waiting to hear back about my loan and as soon as I find out if I can get it its MINE!

It's sorta a special suituation for me. I only get my stang out for a day or two every two months. I sorta get it all out of me and lock it down in the gararage. haha. It only got 65,000 miles on it so I figure it can handle some beating. After i did break stands today and dounuts i left the patch hitting 6 grand and I have to say I feel a bit guilty after i am done but it is so dam fun!

It's like when you have a woman in the sack and you're pretty rough with her. You wake up the next morning and her *** is swollen and bruised from you smacking it so hard and her ****** is so sore she cant barely walk.
Maybe not that dramatic...but you get the idea lol.
I don't really drive my baby hard anymore. Not till I get 'er all done.

RE: 5.0 kicks ***!!
5,000 seems to be about the right price for a nice unmolested, low mileage 5.0, that's what I paid for the hatch with fresh paint, no bondo, nice interior and completely stock motor, that's all changed now, but the reliability hasn't gone away and I'm about to turn 90,000 miles
