Cleaning them will do, but I personally prefer to buy new parts. A new set of 02 sensors will run you about 80 bucks, but you won't ever have to buy another set again. I would only do this when you decide to do your exhaust, unless you are keeping the car stock. I really would reccomend bumping up your timing though, it's worth a very good SOTP gain.
For sure.

The guy I bought it from already put a BBK H-Pipe and Flowmaster Exhaust on it. So I guess doing sensors is a must? How do I adjust TPS?

Also, what does SOTP mean?

Also if I want to change my rearend gears should I go with something like this? I am 100% fixed on 4.10 gears but I just want to know if getting just the sprocket and ring is okay. Thanks.

https://mustangforums.com/m_969165/tm.htm There is a like on how to check your voltage from your TPS...if it is stock, you will probably good, but not a bad idea to look at it. SOTP= seat of the pants. If you replace plugs, just go with autolite 25, don't use platnums, don't seem to work quite as well. Bump you timing will help you car perform, but you will also be required to use premium fuel. I bumped mine to 14* and am happy. Good luck
