Default A351 1.6 roller rocks. need help.

ok me and my friend are working on his 93vert 7up edition. he had a really bad tap .. then after we got it to my garage it started like makn pop's of air.. like a intake valve was broke or somthin.. so we found it was the right side.. so we popd of the thottle body n then the valve cover.. and the number 1 cyclinder intake roller rocker just fell out in my hand. it didnt hurt nothing that we know of. it is a A351 1.6 5/16 svo roller... were going to put the rocker back in.. but what specs should we torque this rocker at... also my dad said we have to use a feeler gauge... whats the steps of putting this rocker back in.. i dont wont to mess nothign up its not my car but a good buddy of mines. thanks guys. mike

its a pedestal bolt down rocker on a hydraulic roller cam correct?
