The ecu is more modern and it can be overcome by some simple tuning... the elbow.. its a peice of aluminum, and hyper pisons are lighter than the forged so unless your boosting they can be better... And i wansnt trying to validate, i was trying to make it seen that the sns have alot more pros that MAY(depending on the owner) overcome the performance loss...

and fyi

1988 mustang
GT hatch = 3193lbs...
LX hatch(non 5.0) = 2751lbs...

1993
GT Hatch = 3144lbs
LX hatch = 3096
Cobra = 3255lbs

Im guessing that was referring to me ??? I dont get the point you are trying to make though?

lol i think hes trying to say your car would be 49 lbs lighter if you had bought a 93 instead haha

I think he was just trying to get across the point of that foxs arent that much better than sn's, and there isnt that much of a difference between them. I guess alot of people have been raggin on them or something. I personally could care less of what people think of my car, or what facts they know about it. I still like it, and thats all that matters. Theres no point in starting an argument between generations of mustangs. Thats just plain silly . Its all what you dig, whatever floats your boat. Dont let other people get to you, sure there are facts, but it all comes down to what you like.

THE END
