I have a friend that works in a junk yard and im getting gt40 from him at a damn good price..but is there a car that would have AFR 165 in it

I HIGHLY HIGHLY doubt that you're going to find a car that still would be left with AFR 165 heads on it.

yes you can find a car with some afrs, and then you will wake up. man i got the same rims on my 94 86hogt, but they just dont look right on a fox

i really really doubt that... i don't understand why someone one would leave those heads in a car they throw away...

I almost never see modified cars in junkyards except for beat up Honda's with gay *** graphics and wings.

Considering AFR heads were never stock on anything I dont think a set will turn up at a junkyard. Theyll fit on just about any 302 though.

you never know, i have came across some pretty prime stuff in my JY hopping days. some people dont know what they have(old family cars, stuff just aquired etc....) and want it gone so they have it hauled off. My dad had my bronco hauled off jsut becuase he was sick of looking at it. It literally had brand new stainless headers and a 351 with like 500 miles on it. it had a bunch of other stuff that someone got a good deal on also.

If you have the means, and the knowledge, 351 for sure!! You can find 351 blocks all over the place at a junkyard.
