.510 lift will NOT require notching.
As for the cam, lifts too high and duration too low, IMO. Especially for stock heads, Stock ford heads flow best at right around .500 lift, but they definitly NEED to stay open longer.
Id reccomend something along the lines of .496 int/.510 exh (lift) 280/292 duration. That right there will help your car breathe A LOT better than stock, youll need to re-tune your comp so itll send a wee bit more fuel. Youll also need to raise your idle slightly with this cam otherwise youll have no power brakes at idle.
