guys i am a little agrivated to work on an 86 fox is almost as hard as a 4.6 and was wondering should i stick wit it or go wit a 4.6

the 5.0 has way more potential for a lot cheaper, stick with the 86

if you dont want to have to "work on it" so much, go w/ a 4 valve 4.6. wont have to go into the motor for quite some time to make good power

bigger, heavier, less efficient, costs more and more complicated to mod... that about covers it

c'mon man, would you rather buy and install a cam ? ...or 4 of them ? [sm=smiley36.gif]

well they have better valve control, dont even need aftermarket heads usually(stock cobras w/ 1000+ hp on stock head). i was talking more about the design than the cost to mod. they are really expensive to mod though i would say. the other thing is you usually dont need new cams w/ a 4 valve to make good power(obviously when you get way up there you do, but its easy to hit some pretty crazy #s without them)
