GOOD HP, well I guess your bolt ons like a cai, headers, x pipe, cat backs, and pullies will help, some type of tuning software isn't a bad idea either.
GOOD BOOST - gears will always do the trick and changing out the differential to a stronger differential like a detriot true trac isn't a bad idea either.

Besides a SC and spray theres really nothing left besides HCI, and thats not quick and cheap.....I'd do full bolt ons, but with everything bolted on its still not gonna be great, sure it will raise your #'s some, but nothing huge.

should designate you as one of the smart asses on this forum lol.... most people say they don't want a sc that usualt includes a turbo, expecialy when they even mention the word cheap lol turbos are F'in expencive to buy a kit, a do it yourself homemade kit is fairly cheap tho(but way to much work) i know i don't have the machines to fab the tubing or i would have to garret t3's on my car right now

ya i can be a smartass at times lol. but ya do the usual full exhaust, headers, cai, maybe a h/c/i if you can find some cheap, do some junk yard searches or something, look on the tech articles and see what parts are interchange able and stuff, that might help. do you have any goals for hp?

Why not a small shot of nitrous?
Anyway, like states above the best bang for the buck would definetly be a set of gears (3.73's +). After that full exhaust, tb, MAF, bump timing, etc. But still without a good h/c/i package you wont make that much power.
