Default next problem of the day

So my power steering makes that whining noise when i turn...does not leak fluid at all and fluid is full. Also there is a lot of play in the steering wheel, and tires rub up front 225/55/16.....is this a big job to fix? thanks gonna attack it in the next few days..i was thinking a new rack and column but don't want to replace things if not needed.

Mine has started to do it as well, but I have a leak. You may want to check out a new rack.
