how would you add a pulley? I would think just reroute the belt and obviously go smaller.

Several of the pumps offer either a idler pulley (which allows you to use the same belt/routing), or no idler pulley.

IF you want to keep the heater for winter, then make sure there are heater hose outlets on the pump.

Also, you will want a controller for the pump. DCC is a good choice. The controller should provide minimal coolant flow while the engine is warming up, but should not allow stagnation of the coolant.

I just purchased a Meziere WP311 for my 410w build. I haven't used it yet though.
I plan on using a DCC controller, unless I find something better in the near future.

also look at upgrading your alternator now if you are still running a stock one. You'll trip out when your headlights start turning on and off by themselves at night time, and your car barely starts up if you make a stop for gas.

Yea you can get elec water pumps that keep your belt in the same place
Also you should be good on your alternater I run a 1200 watt amp on my stock alternater and batter. Ownly on big bass note them head lights will dim a little
