You know, if I remember correctly I had a bad hose, and did cause this kind of response. If you guys care to know, mine was about a 1/2" hose , coming out of the back of the upper intake manifold.

take the check valve off the AIR system, break it in half, re-attach both ends (so its connected and not flush)
i garauntee this will make ur car sound like it has a cam (mine did)
a check valve is like $30 at napa.. free if u know people

Wait...am I the only one who thinks that doing that is the most retarded thing they've ever heard?!! It's like when non-vtec acura owners steal badges off of real vtecs so they can "look" faster. That's lame. WTF?

hey my car was like that when i bought it.
i actually just used a hose for a while.. ended up screwing my whole AIR system up now i got an excuse to rip it out

Okay guys did anyone honestly think we were going to use the mod for more than 5 minutes? I thought it would just be a neat trick to pull on a friend, or a way to messwith someone. I wasn't actually going to drive around with it
