Buy a cheap 2 barrel carb to put on it for emmisssions tests. That will get it passed.
or receipts for the motor and carb should get a waiver

It finally passed
HC-140
CO- 0.19 That's as lean as I could get it.
CO2 - 12.23

Driving back home I burnt a plug....that's how lean I had to go with it.
i'll use my borescope and look at the pistons....[/align]
