Default Much needed improvements

This weekend my brother and I did a lot of much needed improvements to my mustnag. We got rid of all that Smog pump crap. We installed a new short belt (84.5").We also installed a new fuel pressure reg. and set it to 45 psi. We adjusted the timing to 16 degrees (no pinging or knocking at all). We also changed the spark plugs and wires.

It is running great now. Apparently, the a**holes at the mechanics shop timed my mustang completely wrong, they didnt even remove that small chip like they were supposed to.

Anyway, everything is running great now and we are planning on installing a new x-pipe in the next couple of weeks. After that I'm thinking of installing some gears, probably 3.73s.

Yea, it's running great now. No gas smell and the spark plugs look good. Hell, I forgot the biggest thing we installed a new MSD 6AL box.

I only deleted the smog pump which uses the 84.5 belt. If you delete the AC also, I believe you will use the 70.5 belt but I'm not positive about that.

not sure why things won't show up but it is the 70.5 short belt. Search google for mustang short belt diagram
