Ok so I'm looking to replace my clutch next week and I don't know anyone with any type of lift to get the car high enough to make it easier. How do you guys set the car up or how would you suggest. Thanks guys.

man...you had me excited when i read the title......
i used ramps in the front and jackstands in the rear. i had enough room to ****** the tranny out and use my creeper

Just use a jack and jackstands, i took my tranny out last week and put it back in with no problems

are u afraid of laying on the ground or something? why do u need a lift? just use jackstands to raise the car up, lay under it and nublot the tranny, and bend press it down, i mean f*ck it's only 75 lbs.

yeah I have ramps n havent used them yet. I was just askin bc with the jack I have, i wasn't getting my car high enough to fit my chest, n i'm not a big guy!

i'm a fat *** at 250 and i had no problems with ramps and jack stands....and i had to wrestle the bellhousing around the long tubes on my side with no problem

i guess your so big and strong hahaha

as for the car just put it on ramps and stands like everyone has said i never got to experiance taking the trany out this way because the first time i went to my friends house and he has a lift and now i work in a shop and use the lifts all the time
