Default Alternator/Power Steering

Will the alternator and power steering pump off of the 2.3L work witha 5.8?

Not sure on either of them but I would be willing to bet that the stock alternator on the 2.3 is as weak as the stocker on the 5.0. If you plan on running gauges, etc. I would considering upgrading.

87-93 look good
94+ look retarted

NO, they are just alot more rounded, looks like a oversized softball w/a pulley on it. Just dont like the design of it. And I know to most its not a big deal but Im trying to work up my motor bay alot and dont want to have an ugly alternator in there... no offense

Powermaster has chrome alt's. Kind of expensive though. MSD actually makes a super nice alt but Im sure its prob like 300 bucks.

haha yea right... I acutally helped someone out by suggesting a company to buy a chrome alternator from! THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
