i have subframe connectors and thats how my car was when i bought it.. also you can tell where the car was jacked up

Because you can punch holes through the frame with a bottle jack. I jack up from my subframe connectors where they are welded on. There is no decent spot to jack from the front end of these foxs. If you/we had the better bigger jacks it wouldnt matter as much.

when i got a flat i bent the pinch rail and already saw that someone had tried to jack it up from the frame before so i just used the lower control arm

engine work, I left the car on stands several weeks, thats not good either[:'(]
