Default need help quick

OK I was driving my stang and the lights and stereo all start to dim out. I know I have a bad fuel pump could it be that???? When I go to start it I hear the pump kick on, but it wont crank over. Plz help. I need my car so I can go home. THX

hmmm still sounds like that's the problem... i've ran out of fuel before and it didn't cause the the lights or stereo to dim.

i had the EXACT thing happen to me. it was the tensioner not keeping the belt on the alternator tight enough

had the alt. tested. it passed. so im gona try the voltage regulator

It was the voltage regulator. Now I need an 18mm so I can put my belt back on.

So after I installed the voltage regulator I fired up the car, that was at 6 AM. I just went out to put the belt on, then I went to start it and now it wont crank. HELP ME AGAIN
