10-4 I just get worked up easilly and this is something that I purchaced from ebay and was disappointed with the fit and the fact that it did not scavenge cold air from some where,it just sat there in the bay soaking heat. I am not uninformed by any means, and have put together some nice, cheap cars in my days, and am doing the same thing now.

so I am not discouraging anyone from purchasing CHEAP parts, just make sure that you get the Right parts. I would say however that this has been fun this am[sm=bicker.gif]

I KNOW I KNOW im gonna hear sh** for this but to be all honest just drop a K&N in ur stock air box and i promise it will be the same as buying a 200$ CAI.. I guess if u do buy it u can show off to all ur lil boys and girls WOW look at my big chrome (Useless) pipe.

i know whatcha mean....i've been a service advisor for over 8 years now....ya get to deal with plenty of BS from customers.....i ordered my fenderwell mount CAI....it costed me $48 to my door....it fit perfect...i did need to buy a new silicone coupler....$3.99....other than that no problems...did you ge the short ram or the fenderwell mount?

that is what i do now...... yes it was....short ram, but the listing was obviously "COLD AIR" intake, so I didn't think that I needed to research it..

short rams will suck hot air sitting next to the motor....but Ebay sells the fenderwell kits alsothat don't

im sure immer. that you kno your stuff and all but like it was said before we dont need @ssholes on the forum. yes i kno you apoligized already but just watch yourself cuz one of these guys may have the info you need at some point in time and wont give it to you cuz of your attitude. o and just to let you kno addermk2 is the designated @sshole around here so dont step on anybodys toes

I have noticed that the mac and BBK kits look to have a little bigger filter and always wondered if that would matter......
