RE: convertable car
it's up to you if your willing to deal with a vert, the road noise, body flex, cost of insurance, cost of weather stripping is 3x more, and they don't heat very well. But i wouldn't give up my vert for the pure fact of "rolling in my 5.0 with my ragtop down so my hair can flow" thanks vanilla ice

I had a 1990 GT, now I have a 1993 Vert. I tell you the truth I love the vert for many reasons. It is awesome to have the fresh air, chicks dig them, and it is just plain fun to driveetc... The noise sucks though when you have the top up, but I just jam the stereo to compensate. I guess its better for me since it is not my primary daily driving car.

RE: convertable car
I got my first convertible a year and a half ago, and wouldn't trade it for anything. Its just a great feeling on a nice day, oh yeah, and lots of attention from the ladies.
91 lx conv.swapping in a 351w, with 69 mach1 intake, ooooh yeah, come on spring!
66 coupe, 289hi po, black on black,...RIP
