and really the only thing i plan on doing to it is putting on some canfield heads, a TF intake manifold, and a more agressive cam. what size heads should i get btw? i was thinking along the lines of a 215's. Is that about right? thanks again

You'll have better parts and/or do it cheaper if you buy the parts and have it machined locally.

I don't believe Canfield makes a 215cc head.

215 is a chevy head so is 220,310, and 350. If you have your heart set of canfields, 212'sshould be fine.

The Canfield 212s have been on backorder for over a year. You cannot get them either.

Why don't you just buy a 408 kit and a $50-100 stock block? You should be able to get a good quality Scat kit for ~$1000 if you know where to look.

this town in general just isn't really into cars much, and im on a limited budget cause i have to change just about everything on this car.

but honestly, would that ebay motor be able to hold what i'm looking to do? i'm probably going to beat it to crap, being its a weekend warrior, but i'm not planning on doing any kind of positive displacment or NOS.
